Design Build / Pre-Construction Services

Alcan's design build / preconstruction team provides electrical and telecommunications design expertise from project conception to project closeout. We provide cost estimates for budget projections at the feasibility/schematic stage through to contractual agreements. We provide cost analysis through value engineering, constructability best practices and the use of CADD to identify potential savings and constructability issues to our clients.

During design-assist, we actively participate as part of a collaborative design team selected by the owner. This process has proven cost effective and successful with projects that are on strict time constraints, as well as projects which require advanced technological requirements.

Our philosophy is to design and construct systems for the long term of the project, not just through the construction process.

Line Construction

Alcan Electric offers a full range of medium and high voltage distribution capabilities in substations and switching stations, underground and overhead distribution systems, and secondary building distribution systems. From building new switchyards or substations, installing transmission lines or other needs in the power generation, transmission, distribution area, Alcan stays ahead of the competition through quality construction services and safety practices. Service and Maintenance

Alcan Electric provides a 24-HOUR Electrical Service and Maintenance to a diverse client base. Our service fleet electricians are dispatched 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your immediate and emergency needs. Alcan's service division provides small commercial and industrial maintenance, construction and remodel services ranging up to $500,000. We take pride in providing quick quality service to our customers any time of the day or night.
