A lifelong Alaskan, Chrys has spent his entire career at Alcan — from the IBEW apprenticeship to foreman, then estimating and project management before partnering to acquire the company. As President he manages some of the state’s largest and most complex electrical projects, and makes team and company culture a daily priority.

A lifelong Southcentral Alaskan, Jesse rose through the IBEW apprenticeship from journeyman to general foreman, then into estimating and project management — overseeing some of Alaska’s largest electrical projects (recently up to $15M). He partnered with Chrys Fleming and Sage Bringmann to acquire Alcan, and as Vice President and co-owner stays hands-on day to day, with an emphasis on teamwork and safety.

From a family steeped in the electrical trade, Sage grew up around Alcan and started at fourteen as a clerical assistant, working her way up through the company’s accounting roles. She partnered with Chrys Fleming and Jesse Hale to acquire Alcan, continuing the family legacy that began in 1971. As Chief Administrative Officer she leads the administrative team — and is known across the company for putting the Alcan family first.
